JES recognizes the need for appropriate protection and management of personal information provided through Lawlessons.ca, whether from employees, volunteers, donors, customers, participants or the public.
Personal information is information that is recorded about an identifiable individual. JES collects and uses personal information solely to deliver services of Lawlessons.ca including newsletter subscriptions, booking sessions and registering for webinars/workshops.

Personal information provided on LawLessons.ca is accessed only by those employees of JES who require it to operate and deliver JES programs. JES does not sell personal information it collects. JES does not share personal information collected through LawLessons.ca with any unrelated JES operated programs or projects.

JES tracks website usage data of visitors to LawLessons.ca for statistical purposes and to help the organization improve the website and LawLessons.ca services. JES does not use “cookies” to track LawLessons.ca site usage by visitors nor newsletter subscribers.
